Chapter Support: Strengthening Every ARCS Chapter

One vital purpose of ARCS National is to ensure that every chapter has the support it needs to thrive. To achieve this, ARCS has launched a Chapter Support Initiative, guided by a dedicated Chapter Support Team (a subcommittee of the Council of Advisors).

This initiative is designed to both enhance and expand chapter support by combining the strengths of National and the Chapter Support Team:

• National’s role is to lead the way by creating a structure that delivers organizational tools and resources consistently across all chapters.
• The Chapter Support Team’s role is to provide specialized, hands-on consulting for individual chapters, tailoring solutions to unique needs and challenges.

Together, this dual approach ensures that every chapter not only achieves success but is positioned to sustain it over the long term—while clearly seeing the value ARCS National brings to their work.
